Ward Richmond is a senior vice president in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. Ward works closely with the leadership of several organizations to develop and execute real estate strategies on a local and global basis in an effort to maximize operational efficiencies and value related to their commercial real estate needs. His primary focus is representing corporate users in the acquisition and disposition of “supply chain real estate” - warehouses, truck terminals, manufacturing facilities and industrial land. Ward also has extensive experience with office and call center facilities. With over 10 years specializing in industrial real estate, Ward has negotiated over 500 transactions while working in over 100 cities across the USA, Canada and Mexico. As an expert in his field, Ward has been featured in several publications including The Wall Street Journal's Logistics Report, Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Morning News, D Magazine and GlobeStreet.com.
Ward has successfully completed the Executive Certificate Program at Georgia Tech’s Supply Chain & Logistics Institute and is currently pursuing his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) certification.
Ward is actively involved in the North Texas community and an active supporter of Vogel Alcove, North TX Food Bank & Dallas Children's Advocacy Center. He also volunteers as an alumni interviewer playing a role in the Brown University admissions process.
